Mushroom Gardens be praised!
Ever since patch 0.1.1 Grounded has had some issues with mushroom gardens and other things, which thankfully patch 0.1.2 fixes. Grounded is a new survival game by Obsidian, the creators of games like The Outer Worlds and Fallout: New Vegas. The game will always be in a state of constant flux since survival games are not exactly easy to create with a high amount of polish out the gate.
Patch 0.1.2
Players have had issues with acorns not spawning correctly, mushroom gardens not spawning mushrooms, and dew collectors not creating dew. These are kind of vital to maintaining solid food production in your base and your survival. Thankfully it hasn’t been long since the last patch. here are some of the highlights from patch 0.1.2! This patch is set to come out in the next couple of days.
- Fixed an issue where if you had the “Kill Mosquito” quest prior to the patch 0.1.1 release where it wasn’t removed properly and would crash if you killed a creature while that quest was active.
- Resolved an issue that would cause random crashes with juice drop combining when approaching them.
- We cleared out excess larva from games that still had large numbers of larva in their game from the infinite larva respawn issue prior to patch 0.1.1.
- Resolved an issue with Mushroom Gardens, Dew Collectors, Acorns, and other resources not respawning after their initial spawns.
Grounded continues to be a huge success, with one million players experiencing the game within 48 hours after launch. Obsidian truly has a hit on their hands, and with continued support could be one of the best survival games on the market.
