The Game Awards are back. A one-night-only celebration of all things gaming live from the Peacock Theater in downtown Los Angeles. Today, December 7th, the best games from the year will be recognized and a ton of game announcements will be made. With that, we have a look at Thrasher.
Thrasher is the spiritual successor to Thumper. It is an action arcade runner with full VR support, and often defined as a cosmic runner. With the new trailer, we have a release window. Thrasher will be coming to PC, console, and VR platforms in 2024. We have included the brand-new trailer above. Hardcore fans of the series will recall that Thumper won Best AR/VR game at The Game Awards in 2016. We expect Thrasher to be a nice addition to the PS VR2 library next year.
